Search for: A skirt that little by little flares out within an A creation from the natural waist to the floor, highlighting the narrowness of the midsection and floating away from the sides and thighs. (Sturdier fabrics, such as duchesse taffeta and satin, are effective especially, since they won't cling.) A spaghetti-strap bodice or a V neckline will showcase a more slender chest muscles also.
Remember: A vintage A-line silhouette lends itself to formal wedding ceremonies, but it can be dressed down when made from a more informal fabric also, like eyelet ribbons or raw-silk shantung.
