
Search for: A skirt that slowly but surely flares out in an A creation from the natural waistline to the ground, highlighting the narrowness of the midsection and floating from the hips and thighs. (Sturdier fabrics, such as duchesse satin and taffeta, are effective especially, given that they won't cling.) A spaghetti-strap bodice or a V neckline will also showcase a far more slim chest muscles.

Keep in mind: A classic A-line silhouette lends itself to formal marriages, but it can be dressed down when made from a more casual fabric also, like eyelet raw-silk or lace shantung.
